How to delete your account
In the app (recommended)
Available on both Android and iOS:
- Open Ausgetrunken and sign in.
- Open your profile (winery owners on iOS: tap your profile picture).
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
- You are signed out immediately and your account is scheduled for deletion.
For 30 days the deletion can be cancelled by simply signing in again. Nothing is removed during that window. After 30 days a scheduled job deletes everything permanently.
Without the app (by email)
If you can no longer access the app, email us from your account's email address so we can identify it without further questions:
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile, and for winery owners your winery and its entire wine catalog
- All uploaded photos — profile, winery, wine and presentation images
- Ratings, reviews, favourites and flavour tags you created
- Your winery and wine subscriptions, and your stored notifications
- Your subscription records and your push notification token
- The “Sign in with Apple” grant, revoked with Apple on your behalf
Once the grace period has elapsed and the deletion has run, your data cannot be recovered. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription — manage that in your Google Play or App Store account.
So löschst du dein Konto
Direkt in der App (empfohlen)
Verfügbar unter Android und iOS:
- Öffne Ausgetrunken und melde dich an.
- Öffne dein Profil (Winzer unter iOS: auf das Profilbild tippen).
- Wähle Konto löschen und bestätige.
- Du wirst sofort abgemeldet und dein Konto wird zur Löschung vorgemerkt.
30 Tage lang lässt sich die Löschung abbrechen, indem du dich einfach wieder anmeldest. In dieser Zeit wird nichts entfernt. Danach löscht ein automatischer Vorgang alles endgültig.
Ohne App (per E-Mail)
Falls du keinen Zugriff mehr auf die App hast, schreib uns von der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos, damit es eindeutig zugeordnet werden kann:
Was wird gelöscht?
- Dein Konto und deine Anmeldedaten
- Dein Profil und, als Winzer, dein Weingut samt komplettem Weinkatalog
- Alle hochgeladenen Fotos — Profil-, Weingut-, Wein- und Präsentationsbilder
- Von dir erstellte Bewertungen, Rezensionen, Favoriten und Geschmacks-Tags
- Deine Weingut- und Wein-Abos sowie deine gespeicherten Benachrichtigungen
- Deine Abo-Daten und dein Push-Token
- Die „Mit Apple anmelden“-Verknüpfung, die in deinem Namen bei Apple widerrufen wird
Ist die Frist abgelaufen und die Löschung durchgeführt, können deine Daten nicht wiederhergestellt werden. Das Löschen des Kontos beendet für sich genommen kein kostenpflichtiges Abo — das verwaltest du in deinem Google-Play- oder App-Store-Konto.
